George Clooney Malaria Scare

George Clooney no longer has malaria after contracting the disease while visiting Sudan in December. Clooney was working with the UN to prevent another civil war.

A statement from Clooney's reps says the actor's swift recovery shows that 'with proper medication, the most lethal condition in Africa, can be reduced to bad ten days instead of a death sentence.'

In other celebrity health news, Kim Richards of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' entered rehab after a boozy brawl with sister/co-star Kyle in the back of a limo during the show's season finale.

A note at the end of the episode said Kim was checked into rehab by her family after the episode and checked herself out a week later. The sisters have not spoken.
