How To Get Jackie Warner's Abs

Jackie Warner is known as a tough trainer with abs of steel, the kind many women dream about. Now she's sharing her tips to achieve a flat tummy through diet and exercise -- but no crunches!

Warner calls diet 'the key' to changing body shape. She recommends eating high-fiber foods like beans and broccoli and healthy fats like avocados and almonds.

Diet alone won't earn you six pack abs. Warner's favorite ab exercise is the jackknife, which engages torso, arms and legs at the same time.

In her latest workout DVD, 'Personal Training With Jackie: Crunch-Free Xtreme Abs,' Warner combines a 16-minute standing workout and 17-minute floor workout for maximum results. One reviewer liked the DVD but said it wasn't as intense as Jillian Michaels' '6-Week Six Pack.'
