Lindsay Lohan Not Doing 'Letterman'

Rumors aside, Lindsay Lohan won't deliver the Top 10 list on the 'Late Show With David Letterman.' CBS announced Lohan's appearance yesterday but now says it was hoaxed by someone claiming to represent her.

TMZ reports father Michael Lohan booked the appearance with his daughter's approval but last night, Lindsay Lohan tweeted she didn't know about the 'Letterman' appearance and was 'not sure how this happened, but I am sorry for the confusion.'

This would have been the first TV appearance for the troubled starlet since she was charged with felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2500 gold necklace. She pleaded not guilty and is due back in court February 23.
